What to expect
When you join a workshop or program, you can expect a noticeable shift. You'll gain understanding of how your body works, experience the feeling of regulation, and implement practical, life-fitting adjustments.
Understanding your body
Begin to see what is actually happening in your body: how stress, hormones, sleep, and daily habits interact. What often felt random starts to make sense, leading to less fluctuation and more predictability.
Experiencing regulation
Through guided practices, feel what regulation is like in real time: a calmer nervous system, clearer head, and deeper rest. This is important because the body needs to recognise the state before it can sustain it.
Making practical changes
Implement precise adjustments in rhythm, nutrition, and behavior that fit into real life. This is where energy becomes more stable, sleep improves, and mental load decreases, giving you a clearer sense of how to support your body.
Joining our community
Joining is kept simple. Most people start by signing up through the VIC BioBalance website or via a direct link shared in our communication channels. For open workshops and talks, registration is enough—you can join without prior preparation.
For programs or ongoing groups:
There is usually a short intake step. A brief questionnaire or a quick call helps us understand your starting point and ensure the format is relevant.
Before you participate:
No special level of knowledge or fitness is required: everything is explained and adapted. However, this is not a passive format; the process works best when you are ready to observe, reflect, and make small, consistent adjustments. Please note, this is an educational and supportive space, not a medical service.
